Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
An entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the software and KPO industry in India, the UK, the USA and Indonesia. He worked at Microsoft as Chief Compete Officer, Director & Architect Adviser. Assistant Vice President in Polaris Financials Technology Ltd. And Technology Director in Kumaran Systems Inc., before starting to build out Carisma Solutions and Purple Quay Global, he was the Co-founder and Vice President of big data start-up Indix Corporation.
He served as Executive Vice President of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce and is now a member of the Board of the same. He is the custodian of the culture and values of the organisation. His leadership has enabled the business to grow successfully and responsibly from being a start-up to a leading business in the industry today.
He is always committed to shaping the success of people & businesses. He holds a Master in Physics from St Josephs' College and EGIMP from IIM-B.
Muthuswamy Ramaseshan
Chief Operating Officer
Muthuswamy is a leader in the Global IT industry with over 30 years of experience in the Financial, Insurance and Manufacturing domains. He is a graduate of Vellore Institute of Technology and Stanford University majoring in EPMO.
Before joining Carisma, he served as a Director at Cognizant Technology Services (CTS).
He joined CTS after a wonderful stint as Global Delivery Head at Tech Mahindra (Mahindra Satyam) and has rich experience working as Regional Distribution Manager, logistics and supply chain, at Xerox Modicorp.
His expertise is in business transformation leading to customer success and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building world-class teams.
